The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Approve the contribution of the Argentine Republic to the increase of the capital of the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC) in the sum of US hundred and fifty million two hundred and fifty thousand six hundred and fifty-eight with 20 cents (u 150,250,658,20), which is intended to increase that capital together with the other Member States, for the total sum of USD 2 000 30 million (u 2,030,000,000.00) in accordance with the provisions of the resolution AG-9/15 and CII/AG.-2/15 called " Realizing the Renewed Vision: Organizational Proposal and Capitalization for the Fusion to Outside the Private Sector of the IDB Group ", adopted by the Annual Assembly of Governors dated March 12, 2015, as well as in accordance with the document CII/AB-1.431-1 called" Proposal Reallocation of non-subscribed shares in Annex A ', the authenticated copies of which form part of this Act as Annex I.

Article 2 °-The above mentioned increase will be represented by the subscription of nine thousand two hundred and eighty seven (9,287) shares, subscribed in two (2) instances, initial subscription and subsequently remaining shares that were released from other Member countries, both processes set out in resolution AG-9/15 and CII/AG-2/15; and in document CII/AB-1.431-1.

ARTICLE 3 °-The payment of the nine thousand two hundred and eighty-seven (9,287) shares for a total value of US dollars one hundred and fifty million two hundred and fifty thousand six hundred and fifty-eight with twenty cents (u 150.250.658.20) will be carried out in seven (7) annual instalments which shall be effective, respectively, on 31 October 2016 to 2022, as set out in Appendix I to Annex A to resolution AG-9/15 and CII/AG-2/15 and taking into account that the actions which are not pay at maturity shall be five per cent (5 per cent) additional for each year of delay, with the first year of the first quota.

ARTICLE 4 °-Authorize the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina to make in, name and on behalf of the Argentine Republic the contributions and subscriptions established by this law.

Article 5-In order to deal with the emerging payments of this law, the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina shall have the corresponding contributions to be provided by the Ministry of Finance of the Ministry of Finance. Finance and Public Finance, prior to

inclusion of such an erogation in the general budget law of the national administration for the relevant financial years.

ARTICLE 6-Commune to the national executive branch.
