Amendment. Law No 24,240.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

AMENDMENT OF THE LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION

Article 1-Incorporation as Article 10c of the Law 24.240, of the Consumer Defense, which will be worded as follows: Article 10c: Prohibition of recovery. Prohibit the collection of advance notice, advance month and/or any other concept by service providers, including public service providers, in the cases of application for discharge from the consumer, whether in form personal, telephone, electronic or similar.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE THIRTEEN DAYS OF JULY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN.
