Ratify Agreement.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-ratifies the Agreement signed with the date of August 1, 2016 between the national state and the province of Santa Cruz, which as Annex I forms an integral part of the present.

ARTICLE 2-The national treasury, with a charge of General Rentas, shall cover an amount equal to the amounts to be deducted as a result of the agreement of the Agreement ratified by the present, amount that shall continue to be considered as a reference to the purposes of the calculation of mobility provided for by Law 26,417.

ARTICLE 3-This law shall enter into force from the day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN.
