UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION

Law:
Article 1 °-Approve the EIGHTH ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION, consisting of DIEZ (10) articles, the GENERAL REGULATION OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION, consisting of THIRTY-FIVE (35) articles and the FIRST PROTOCOL ADDITIONAL TO THE GENERAL REGULATION OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION, consisting of twenty-six (26) articles, adopted by the 24th Congress of the UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION in the City of Geneva-SWISS CONFEDERATION-on 12 August 2008, whose copies authenticated are part of this law.
Article 2-Approve the GENERAL REGULATION OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION, which consists of FIFTY-EIGHT (58) articles, the UNIVERSAL POSTAL CONVENTION, which consists of FORTY (40) articles and the AGREEMENT ON POSTAL PAYMENT SERVICES, which consists of Twenty-eight (28) articles, adopted by the 25th Congress of the UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION in the City of Doha-STATE OF QATAR-on October 11, 2012, whose authenticated copies are part of this law.
Art. 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE TWENTIETH DAY OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND NINETEEN.
