Act 27526
Law No 25,863. Amendment.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1-Amend Article 2 of Law 25,863 by the following text:
" Article 2 °-The Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology of the Nation, or the one that in the future replaces it, in agreement with the educational authorities of the different jurisdictions and within the scope of the Federal Council of Education, agree on the inclusion of allusive days to the national day instituted by the previous article in the respective school and academic calendars of the middle and upper levels. The objective of these days will be to reflect on the meanings, importance and effectiveness of the normative postulates of our Constitution, particularly the rights and guarantees of the inhabitants and the observance of the values democratic. "
Article 2-Incorporate as Article 3 of Law 25,863 the following:
"Article 3 °-Annually, every 1st of May, the city of Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz will be the official headquarters of the commemorative acts of the National Constitution Day."
Art. 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
