Crimes of Humanity. Pardons, Amnesty and Conmutation of Peñas. Prohibition. Sanctioned: July 01, 2015 Enacted in Fact: July 24, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

PROHIBITION OF PARDONS, AMNESTIES AND COMMUTATION OF PENALTIES IN CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

Article 1-Penalties or criminal proceedings on the crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes referred to in Articles 6, 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and international human rights treaties They cannot be the subject of amnesty, pardon or commutation of punishment, under the sanction of absolute and insanitable nullity of the act that provides for it.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ONE DAY OF THE MONTH OF JULY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
