The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

LAW OF COLOMBOFILIA

ARTICLE 1 °-Colombophilia is a sports activity based on competitions with race-messenger pigeons.

ARTICLE 2 °-The effects of this law are understood by colombophilia to the set of activities aimed at breeding, education, training and improvement of the paloma messenger of race for sports purposes.

ARTICLE 3-It is considered a career-messenger pigeon, the subspecies of the paloma bravia (Columba Livia), endowed with particular conditions in terms of its phenotype and development of its natural dotes of orientation, which allow it to return to its palomar (natural habitat) from long distances and fly in normal conditions uninterrupted to reach its destination.

Article 4 °-The Argentine Federation of Colombian Federation must verify the year of birth and the registration number that determines its membership in the National Register of Development and the Colombian National Register.

ARTICLE 5 °-The authority of application of this law is the Ministry of Social Development, through the Ministry of Sport. The National Service for Agricultural Health and Food or the bodies designated for this purpose shall also be involved.

ARTICLE 6-Repeal decree 17.160/43 ratified by law 12.913.

ARTICLE 7 °-Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to adhere to this law.

ARTICLE 8 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
