Location of buildings. Sanctioned: November 25, 2015 Enacted: December 21, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-The contracts for the location of buildings to be concluded for tourist purposes, rest or the like and for which the period of time is less than three (3) months as provided for in point (b) of Article 1,199 of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, shall be governed by the rules applicable to the lodging contract.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-FIVE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
