Convention on Transports of Condemned Nationals and Compliance with Criminal Sentences. Approval. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 22, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Approve the Convention between the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Honduras on Transports of Condemned Nationals and Compliance with Criminal Judgments, held in the city of Tegucigalpa-Republic of Honduras-on 17 June 2014, which consists of nineteen (19) articles, the authenticated copy of which forms part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SIX DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
