Memorandum of Understanding on Environment and Sustainable Development. Approval. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 22, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF KUWAIT, IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, held in Buenos Aires, on July 27, 2010, which consists of OCHO (8) articles, whose photocopies authenticated in Spanish, Arabic and English languages are part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR WERE SEEN IN BUENOS AIRES.
