Crease Federal Court of First Instance No. 2, Federal Prosecutor's Office and Public Defender's Office in the city of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 22, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Create the Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 with a seat in the city of San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca, Catamarca province, with the same territorial jurisdiction as the current Federal Court of First Instance of Catamarca and competition in civil, commercial, labor, administrative litigation, social security and in all federal matters that do not remain in charge of the Federal Court of Catamarca.

Article 2 °-The current Federal Court of Catamarca will be called from the sanction of the present Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of Catamarca and will continue with its criminal jurisdiction, human rights, fiscal and electoral executions.

Article 3-Create one (1) Prosecutor's Office before the Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 of Catamarca and one (1) Official Public Defender before the Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 of Catamarca, both with one (1) Secretariat.

ARTICLE 4 °-The charges of Judge of First Instance, of First Instance Prosecutor, of Public Defender of First Instance, of First Instance Secretary, and of officials and staff detailed in Annexes I, II and III are created are part of this law.

ARTICLE 5-Create one (1) Secretariat of Human Rights in the field of the Federal Court of First Instance No. 1 of Catamarca.

ARTICLE 6-Create one (1) Secretariat of Social Security in the field of the Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 of Catamarca.

ARTICLE 7 °-The Civil Secretariat and the Secretariat of Special Laws of the Federal Court of First Instance of Catamarca will be transferred with all its personnel to the Federal Court of First Instance No. 2 of Catamarca.

Article 8 °-The Federal Appeals Chamber of Tucumán will be the Court of Alzada and will exercise the superintendence of both Federal Courts of First Instance of Catamarca.

ARTICLE 9 °-The Federal Court of First Instance of Catamarca N ° 1 will forward to the Federal Court of First Instance of Catamarca N ° 2 the causes which correspond to the latter according to the jurisdiction for which this law assigns, within thirty (30) days of its constitution.

ARTICLE 10. -This law will be implemented once the budget appropriation for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands is counted, which will be charged to the budget items of the Judicial Branch of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the Public Ministry of Defense, respectively.

ARTICLE 11. -The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the Council of the Magistrate of the Nation, in the exercise of the functions they are responsible for, shall take the administrative and budgetary measures conducive to the installation and operation of the court which is created by this law.

ARTICLE 12. -The Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Ministry of Defense will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the Office of the Prosecutor of the First Instance and the Official Public Defender of the First Instance created by this law.

ARTICLE 13. -The magistrates, officials and staff appointed to perform in the organs created by the present, shall only take possession of their respective positions when the financial condition laid down in Article 10 of this law is given.
