Official Public Defender No. 2. Creation. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 30, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Create the Official Public Defender No. 2 with a seat in the city of Neuquén, Neuquén Province, to act in conjunction with the existing one before the two (2) Federal Courts with a seat in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

Article 2 °-The Public Defender's Office No. 2 will have territorial jurisdiction over the Departments of Pehuenches, Anelo and Confluence, to intervene in all federal causes in which the Federal Courts are exercising their jurisdiction numbers 1 and 2. with a seat in the city of Neuquén. The electoral area is excluded from its competence.

Article 3-The Public Defender's Office before the Courts of First and Second Instance with a seat in the city of General Roca, in the province of Río Negro, will be the dependency of Alzada and will exercise the Superintendence of the Ombudsman's Office. this law.

ARTICLE 4 °-The charges of magistrates, officials and employees of the Official Public Defender No. 2, which are detailed in Annex I, which are part of this law, are created.

ARTICLE 5-This law will be implemented once the budget credit is available to meet the expenditure that its object demands, which will be charged to the budget of the Public Ministry of Defense.

ARTICLE 6-The magistrates, officials and employees who are appointed in the created posts shall only take possession of the same when the budgetary financial condition referred to in Article 5 of this law is given.

ARTICLE 7 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
