Transfer to Title Free the Domain of a property of the National State. Sanctioned: November 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: December 30, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Transfer to the Municipality of Comodoro Rivadavia, of the province of Chubut, the domain of the property owned by the national state, with everything planted and adhered to the soil, identified by a catastrally as Constituency 5-Sector 5-Massif 100 (formerly Fraction A)-Parcela 8, real estate No. 26393, located in the town of Comodoro Rivadavia, Department Escalante, province of Chubut with borders in 1) national route 3 in half block 35, street and Manzana 33 2) ochava, 3) Calle Antarctica Argentina, 4) plot 7, 5) plots 7, 6, 5, 4 and 3, 6) street Hilario Lagos in the middle and 7th street), street and plot 9, 9) plot 9, 10) to 18) plot 13; lands belonging to the former Communications Company No. 9.

ARTICLE 2 °-The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out on the basis that the beneficiary makes the indicated building, the establishment of a green space affected by the public domain, and, together with its environment, the implementation of a Municipal Park of regional scale.

Article 3 °-A period of ten (10) years for the fulfillment of the charge provided for in Article 2 ° is established, which shall be defeated, without any observance, the transfer of the domain of this transfer of full right shall proceed.

ARTICLE 4 °-The Municipality of Comodoro Rivadavia, undertakes to materialize the limits of the area affected and to carry out the final measure and registration of the same, of the property transferred by means of this law.

ARTICLE 5 °-The total of the expenses that demand the present, will be of exclusive charge of the Municipality of Comodoro Rivadavia.

ARTICLE 6-The General Staff of the Government of the Nation will carry out the writing and registration procedures necessary to complete the respective transfer; in the document where this transfer is instructed, it must be stated explicitly the position set out in Article 2.
