The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Establishment of the Single Biochemical Nomenclature, consisting of the biochemical practices listed in the Annex which forms part of this Law, which will be mandatory throughout the national territory for the public sector, The European Union is also a

ARTICLE 2 °-Create in the field of the Superintendence of Health Services of the Nation the Advisory Commission for the Evaluation and Update of the Single Biochemical Nomenclature, which will be integrated in form ad honorem for two (2) representatives of the Superintendence of Health Services, two (2) representatives of the Unified Biochemistry Confederation of the Argentine Republic, one (1) representative of the social works governed by law 23,660 and 23,661 and one (1) representative of the companies of pre-paid medicine, cooperatives, mutuals, civil associations and foundations governed by the law 26.682. The Advisory Commission for the Evaluation and Update of the Single Biochemical Nomenclature will dictate its operating rules.

Article 3 °-The Superintendence of Health Services of the Nation will control the implementation of the Single Biochemical Nomenclature for the purpose of ensuring its compliance.

ARTICLE 4 °-This law shall be regulated within the ninety (90) days of its promulgation.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
