CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC.

As soon as the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law: THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS, DECREE: Articulo Loan No. 151 /SF; BO, signed on November 3, 1967 between the Inter-American Development Bank and the National Housing Council, in accordance with Supreme Resolution No. 143807 of 18 October 1967 and the Law of 25 October 1967 year, it should be served until its total cancellation, preferably, with the amounts recoverable from investments made in addition, with the funds of the National Council of Housing and with the guarantee of the Republic of Bolivia that is constituted in codebtor of all the obligations incurred by CONAVI on that loan.
