Amend Law No 20,744. Sanctioned: July 27, 2011 Enacted in Fact: August 24, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Incorporate as third paragraph of Article 275 of Law 20.744-Labor Contract Law (t.o. 1976) and its amendments, the following text: " When for failure to comply with an approved agreement in judicial or administrative headquarters the worker is determined to continue and/or to promote the judicial action, regardless of the sanctions that such an attitude generates, such conduct will be described as 'reckless and malicious' and the sum due will accrue in favor of the worker, from the date of the default and until its effective cancellation, the maximum of the interest contemplated in the Article ".
