Amendment. Sanctioned: September 7, 2011. Enacted: October 4, 2011.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Incorporate as the second paragraph of Article 63 of the Penal Code the following: In the offences provided for in Articles 119, 120, 124, 125, 125 bis, 128, 129 -in fine-, and 130-second and third paragraphs-of the Criminal Code, when the victim Under age, the prescription of the action shall begin to run from midnight on the day on which the action has reached the age of majority. If, as a result of any of the offences indicated, the death of the minor has occurred, the prescription of the action shall begin to run from midnight on the day on which the person of age reached the age of majority.
