Extend the right to export of hydrocarbons created by Article 6 of Law No 25,561. Sanctioned: December 21, 2011 Enacted: December 27, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Extended for the term of five (5) years, from its expiration, the right to export of hydrocarbons created by the second paragraph of article 6 of Law 25,561 and its modifications and complementary, as well as the Powers granted to the National Executive Branch to establish the corresponding aliquots, which may be delegated to the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance; clarifying that these rights are also applicable for exports from the Special Customs Area created by the Law 19.640.

Article 2-Until the powers provided for in the previous article are exercised, the decrees 310 dated 13 February 2002 and its amendments and 809 dated 13 May 2002, resolutions 394 dated 15 December 2002, will continue to be in force. November 2007 and 127 dated March 10, 2008, both of the former Ministry of Economy and Production and other rules issued in its consequence.

Article 3-The production of the right whose extension is established by this law will be used to consolidate the sustainability of the fiscal and economic program.

ARTICLE 4-The provisions of this law shall enter into force on the day of their publication in the Official Gazette and shall take effect for the operations whose applications for export for consumption are registered with the respective ones. customs from 7 January 2012, inclusive.
