Create the Federal Court of First Instance in the City of Puerto Iguazu, Province of Misiones. Create a Public Prosecutor's Office and a Public Defender's Office. Sanctioned: November 30, 2011 Enacted in Fact: December 27, 2011

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Create the Federal Court of First Instance, with a seat in the city of Puerto Iguazú, province of Misiones, that will have jurisdiction over the departments of Iguazu and General Manuel Belgrano of that province.

ARTICLE 2-The Federal Court of Puerto Iguazu will operate with DOS (2) secretariats, one with criminal jurisdiction, and the other with civil, commercial, administrative, labor, social security, tax, tax executions, as well. as well as any other federal matter, with the exception of electoral matters.

ARTICLE 3-Create a first-instance prosecution and an official public defender who will act before the federal court that is created by this law.

ARTICLE 4-Create the charges of federal judge, secretaries, prosecutor, public defender, officials and employees that are detailed in the Annexes that are part of this law.

Article 5-The Federal Chamber of Appeals of Posadas will be a court of show and will exercise the superintendence with respect to the court that is created by this law.

Article 6-Upon entry into operation of the Federal Court of First Instance of Puerto Iguazú, the Federal Chamber of Appeals of Posadas will proceed to reassign the pending cases that will be referred to the new court, according to the jurisdiction This law is assigned to you.

Article 7-Amending the territorial jurisdiction of the Federal Court of First Instance of El Dorado, province of Misiones, which from the moment the court is set up that is created by this law, will cease to exercise jurisdiction over the departments of Iguazu and General Manuel Belgrano of the province of Misiones.

ARTICLE 8-This law will be implemented once the budget appropriation is available

for the attention of the expenditure that his object demands, that will be charged to the budgets of the Judicial Branch of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor and the Public Ministry of Defense, respectively.

Article 9º-The Council of the Magistrate of the Nation, in the exercise of the functions that it is responsible for, will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the federal court that is created by this law.

ARTICLE 10. -The Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Ministry of Defense will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Defender's Office.

ARTICLE 11. -The magistrates, officials and employees appointed to perform in the judicial and public ministry bodies created by this law, will only take possession of their respective positions when the financial condition established in Article 10 of this Law.
