Transfer to the National University of Lanus the domain of a property located in the station Remedios de Escalada party of Lanus, province of Buenos Aires. Sanctioned: November 30, 2011 Enacted in Fact: December 27, 2011

The Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Transfer to the National University of Lanus for free, the domain of a fraction of land owned by the national state located in the station Remedios de Escalada, former Line Roca, Ramal R1 (A) party of Lanus Province of Buenos Aires, which is part of the current fraction I of section N of the Constituency II, with an approximate area of 32,487 meters, 68 square centimeters, which is located in front of the South, on the extension of the street Villarino, with a starting point at approximately 57 meters, from the intersection of this street with Avenue 29 September, bordering on this course, extension of Villarino street in the middle, with the National University of Lanus; to the East, with land currently occupied by the Ferrocclusion and by the northern and western routes with railway tracks, as detailed in the Sketch which, as Annex I, is an integral part of this Law.

Article 2-This transfer is carried out by the beneficiary to the building up to the operation of the aforementioned University.

Article 3-Set a time limit of DIEZ (10) years for the fulfillment of the tax in the previous article, which is defeated without the need to measure observance, the domain of the real estate objects of the present will reverse in favor of the national State.

Article 4-The transfer of the domain will be carried out by the General Staff of the Nation, who will go on record as established in the articles 1, 2, 3 and 5.

ARTICLE 5-The costs of the present shall be the sole charge of the beneficiary.
