Approve the Agreement for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters between the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Costa Rica. Sanctioned: May 23, 2012 Enacted: June 6, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION ON TAX MATTERS BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA, held in San José, REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA, on 23 November 2009, consisting of DIEZ (10) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the National Executive Branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-THREE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,747-AMADO BOUDOU. -JULIAN A.
