Approve the agreement for the Exchange of Tax Information and Method to avoid double taxation between the Republic of Argentina and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. Sanctioned: August 8, 2012 Enacted: August 21, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE EASTERN REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY FOR THE EXCHANGE OF TAX INFORMATION AND METHOD TO AVOID DOUBLE TAXATION, held in the city of Colonia, EASTERN REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY, on 23 April 2012, consisting of TRECE (13) articles and UN (1) Protocol, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
