The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

The Declaration of National Holiday on 24 September 2012

Article 1-It is established for the only time national holiday on 24 September 2012 throughout the territory of the Nation, in commemoration of the bicentennial of the Battle of Tucumán.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the National Executive Branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE FIVE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26.763-AMADO BOUDOU. -JULIAN A. DOMINGUEZ. -Gervasio Bozzano. -Luis Borsani.
