Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Argentine Republic and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy. Sanctioned: October 10, 2012 Enacted: October 25, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HASHEMITE KINGDOM OF JORDAN ON COOPERATION IN THE PEACEFUL USES OF NUCLEAR ENERGY, held in New York-UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-22 September 2009, consisting of fifteen (15) articles, the photocopy of which is authenticated in Spanish and English as part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE 10TH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
