I approved the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Argentine Republic and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the peaceful uses of Nuclear Energy. Sanctioned: October 10, 2012 Enacted: October 25, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA ON THE PEACEFUL USES OF NUCLEAR ENERGY, held in Riyadh-KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA-on 28 June 2011, which consists of FOURTEEN (14) articles, whose authenticated photocopy, in Spanish and English, is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2-Contact the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE 10TH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
