Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Argentina and the Government of the Republic of India on Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy. Sanctioned: October 10, 2012 Enacted: October 25, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA ON COOPERATION IN THE PEACEFUL USES OF NUCLEAR ENERGY, held in Vienna-REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA-on 23 September 2010, which consists of QUINCE (15) articles and ONE (1) annex, whose photocopy authenticated in Spanish and English languages are part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON DAY 10 OF

OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
