I approved the Treaty of Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Argentine Republic and the Swiss Confederation. Sanctioned: October 31, 2012 Enacted: November 14, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the TREATY OF MUTUAL JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE SWISS CONFEDERATION, signed in Buenos Aires on 10 November 2009, consisting of THIRTY-SIX (36) articles, whose photocopy authenticated form part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, THE THIRTIES AND THE

ONE OF OCTOBER OF TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
