Approve the Guaraní Aquifer Agreement concluded between the Republic of Argentina, the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of Paraguay and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. Sanctioned: October 31, 2012 Enacted: November 19, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the AGREEMENT ON THE GUARANI AQUIFER, held between the ARGENTINE REPUBLIC, THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL, THE REPUBLIC OF PARAGUAY AND THE EASTERN REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY, in San Juan -REPUBLIC ARGENTINA-on 2 August 2010, consisting of VEINTIDES (22) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
