I approved the preferential trade agreement between Mercosur and the Southern African Customs Union. Sanctioned: November 21, 2012 Enacted: December 13, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE PREFERENTIAL TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMON MARKET OF THE SOUTH (MERCOSUR) AND THE CUSTOMS UNION OF SOUTHERN AFRICA (SACU), signed by the States Parties to MERCOSUR in Salvador-FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL-15 December 2008, and by the Member States of the SACU in Maseru -KINGDOM OF LESOTHO-on 3 April 2009, consisting of FORTY-ONE (41) articles and SEVEN (7) ANNEXES, the authenticated photocopy of which forms part of this law.
