Amend Articles 2 °, 4 ° and 5 ° of Law No 26.212. Sanctioned: November 14, 2012 Enacted: December 13, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Amend article 2 of Law 26.212, which will be worded as follows: " Article 2: The Federal Court of Obera will have jurisdiction in criminal and correctional matters, in civil, commercial, and legal matters. administrative, labor, social security, as well as any other federal matter, and will operate with five (5) secretariats in accordance with the provisions of Annex I to this law. The secretariats created by this law shall have criminal and correctional jurisdiction; civil and commercial; labor; social security and administrative litigation, and tax enforcement. "

Article 2-Amend article 4 of Law 26.212, which will be worded as follows: " Article 4: Create the charges of first instance in federal judge, secretaries, prosecutor, public defender of minors, incapable and absent and administrative staff referred to in Annex I to this Act. '

Article 3-Amend article 5 of Law 26.212, which will be worded as follows: " Article 5: Establish that the causes currently pending before the federal courts of Posadas and Eldorado will continue to be based on those courts until their final conclusions. "
