Accept the transfer of jurisdiction and dominion over the province of Santa Cruz to the National State. Creation of the National Park Petrified Forest of Jaramillo. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted: December 27, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-The assignment of jurisdiction and jurisdiction carried out by the province of Santa Cruz to the national state by means of the provincial law 3,027, destined for the creation of the National Park Petrified Forests of Jaramillo, sanctioned on 31 December July 2008, partially promulgated by decree 2.189 dated 25 August 2008 (Official Gazette 4.222 dated 30 September 2008), the definitive text of which, in the light of resolution 225, given in the Session Chamber of the Legislature of the Province of Santa Cruz dated 27 November 2008 (Official Gazette 4.251, dated 28 January 2009) was promulgated by decree 3.462, so that the national State, through the Administration of National Parks, exercises the powers provided for in Law 22.351-Legal Regime of the National Parks, Natural Monuments and Reserves National-, on the total of the land whose limits are described in Annex I, in accordance with the modifications of the provincial law 3.151, promulgated by decree 2.164, dated 10 September 2010, and which are represented graphically in the Annex V, "Croquis de detail of cession of jurisdiction and dominion", forming both annexes part of this law .

Article 2 °-Accept the transfer of jurisdiction effected by the province of Santa Cruz to the national state by means of provincial law 3,027, destined for the creation of the National Park Petrified Forests of Jaramillo, to be, through the Administration of National Parks, exercise the powers provided for in law 22.351, on the total of the land whose limits are described in Annex II, which is part of this law, and which are shown graphically in Annex V of the present.

Article 3 °-Accept the transfer of jurisdiction and dominion carried out by the province of Santa Cruz to the national state by means of the provincial law 3,027, destined for the extension of the Natural Forest Petrified Monument, so that it, through the Administration of National Parks, exercise the powers provided for in law 22.351, on the total of the land whose limits are described in Annex III, which is part of this law, according to the modifications of the provincial law 3.151, and which are shown graphically in Annex V of the present.

ARTICLE 4 °-In compliance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Law of the Province of Santa Cruz 3,027, and its modifications and complementary 3.151 and 3.246 of the Province of Santa Cruz, and meeting the requirements of the Articles 1 °, 3 ° and concordant of national law 22,351, create the National Park Petrified Forests of Jaramillo, approximately sixty-three thousand five hundred and forty-three hectares (63,543 ha), which will comprise the sectors described in Articles 1 ° and 2 ° precedents, as shown graphically in Annex VI, " Croquis de Limits and location of the National Park Petrified Forest of Jaramillo and the Natural Monument Petrified Forests ", which is part of the present.

ARTICLE 7 °-The Administration of National Parks must carry out, through the respective mensura executed by professionals with responsibility in agrimensura, the acts of the parcelary uprising, that determine in the field the outer limits The National Park Petrified Forests of Jaramillo and the Natural Forest Petrified Monument, finding the right to register the areas given in the Registry of the Inmovable Property of the Province of Santa Cruz, under the provisions of the Article 1,810 of the Civil Code.

Article 8 °-The erogations that demand compliance with this law will be borne by the national state, which is imputed to the General Budget of the National Administration-Administration of National Parks.
