Approve the Statute of the Latin American Development Administration Center. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted in Fact: December 26, 2012

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE STATUTE OF THE LATIN AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION CENTER -CLAD-, approved in Santo Domingo -Dominican Republic-, on 9 November 2010, consisting of FIFTY-NINE (59) articles, whose photocopy authenticated form part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES,

TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
