Transfer to the Province of Entre Ríos free of charge. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted in Fact: January 7, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Transfierase free of charge to the province of Entre Ríos, the property located in Avenida Paysandu and Victor Etcheverry, of the town of Concepción del Uruguay, identified in the Plano de Mensura 58278, which is attached, prior to registration of the same in the corresponding register.

Article 2 °-The transfer is carried out with the charge of allocating the building referred to the operation of the Center of Professional Training No. 1 of Concepción del Uruguay.

Article 3 °-Set a period of ten (10) years for compliance with the provisions of the previous article, which shall be defeated without the need for observance, the domain of the immovable object of the present shall be reversed in favor of the national State.
