Approve Investment Accounts presented by the Executive Branch, corresponding to the Exercises 2005 and 2006. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted in Fact: January 14, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Approve the Investment Accounts presented by the Executive Branch, corresponding to the Exercises 2005 and 2006.

ARTICLE 2-The statuesque in the article 1 of the present, will not prejudice the initiation nor the continuation of the procedures directed to the effectivization of the responsibilities that emerge from the facts and acts carried out by the officials public during the period covered by the investment accounts which are approved by the present, or to the fulfilment of the decisions which originate from them.

ARTICLE 3-Commune to the national executive branch.

TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
