I approved the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Argentina and the Government of the Republic of India for the Exchange of Information and Assistance in Tax Collection. Sanctioned: November 28, 2012 Enacted in Fact: January 14, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE IN THE COLLECTION OF TAXES held in Buenos Aires on 21 November 2011, which consists of fourteen (14) articles, the authenticated copy of which forms part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES,

TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
