The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

LAW ON PROMOTION AND TRAINING IN THE TECHNIQUES OF CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR) BASICAS

ARTICLE 1-Object. The Ministry of Education, in agreement with the Federal Council of Education, will have to promote actions to raise awareness about the social relevance of spreading and learning the basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques volunteer, altruistic, selfless and supportive.

ARTICLE 2 °-Purpose. The purpose of this law is to enable the primary primary care of cardiorespiratory arrest to prevent the occurrence of avoidable deaths in the area beyond the level of the middle and upper level students.

ARTICLE 3-Application Authority. It will be the enforcement authority of the Ministry of Education in agreement with the Federal Board of Education and in coordination with the Ministry of Health in agreement with the Federal Health Council.

ARTICLE 4 °-Advice. Create the SPC-Argentina Commission, with an advisory status, within the Ministry of Education.

ARTICLE 5-Integration of the RCP-Argentina Commission. The RCP-Argentina Commission shall be composed of one (1) representative of the Ministry of Education, one (1) representative of the Ministry of Health, one (1) representative of the Federal Board of Education and one (1) representative of the Federal Health Council, which shall be appointed as an honorary honour.

ARTICLE 6-Functions. It will be the functions of the RCP-Argentina Commission: 1. To formulate the training program in CPR based on the regulations in force at the national level. 2. To recommend to the jurisdictions the updated contents of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 3. To disseminate the updated regulations on the techniques of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 4. Recommend the requirements for enabling institutions responsible for the training of instructors. 5. To make a single register of the institutions qualified for the training of instructors. 6. Spread scientific news about sudden death syndrome and techniques related to CPR.

ARTICLE 7 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
