LAW for the promotion and training in the techniques of REANIMACIONCAR law of promotion and training in CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION techniques Basic Law 26.835 objectives. Enforcement authority. Purpose. Adopted: 29 November 2012 fact promulgated: 8 January 2013 the Senate and Chamber of deputies of the Argentina nation gathered in Congress, etc. they attest to the force of law: law of promotion and training in the techniques of RESUSCITATION CARDIOPULMONARY (CPR) basic article 1 - object. The Ministry of education, in agreement with the Federal Council of education should promote actions for awareness on the social relevance of spreading and learn the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) with voluntary, altruistic, selfless and supportive.
Article 2nd - order. This law aims to provide training in basic primary care of the cardiac arrest to prevent the occurrence of preventable deaths in the delivered field of the mid-level and upper-level students.
Article 3 ° - implementing authority. It will be implementing the Ministry of education authority in agreement with the Federal Council of education and in coordination with the Ministry of health in agreement with the Federal Council of health.
Article 4 ° - advice. Create the Commission RCP - Argentina, with consultative status, in the field of the Ministry of education.
Article 5 ° - integration the Commission RCP - Argentina. The RCP - Argentina Committee shall be composed of one (1) representative from the Ministry of education, one (1) representative from the Ministry of health, one (1) representative of the Federal Council of education and one (1) representative of the Federal Health Council, which will be designated as ad honorem.
