Law No 17,741 of Promotion of National Film Activity. Activities covered. Assimilation to industrial activity. Sanctioned: November 29, 2012 Enacted in Fact: January 8, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Object. Any activity carried out by the various audiovisual branches within the meaning of Article 57 of Law 17,741 of the Promotion of National Film Activity (t.o. 2001) is considered to be a productive activity of conversion to an industrial activity.

ARTICLE 2-Invitation. I invited the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to adhere to this law in the field of their respective jurisdictions.

ARTICLE 3-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES,

TWENTY-NINE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE.
