Hemophilia hemophilia Law 26.850 extended benefit agreed by law 25.869. Modification. Sanctioned: April 24, 2013 in fact enacted: May 20, 2013 the Senate and Chamber of deputies of the Argentina nation gathered in Congress, etc. sanctioned with force of law: article 1 - replace article 1 of law 25.869 by the following: article 1: any person with hemophilia who, as result of receiving treatment with blood products between 1979-1995, had been infected with the retroviruses human immunodeficiency (HIV) virus Hepatitis B (HBV) and Hepatitis C (HCV), will have rights to receive the benefits established by the present law. The benefit agreed will be extensive to the spouse or common-law, with coexistence public and continuous of more than two (2) years, and that have been infected by them with the virus HIV, HBV and HCV. Will also be agreed the benefit to children of beneficiaries who had been infected by the virus HIV, HBV and HCV perinatally.
