Transfer free of charge to the Archbishopric of Resistance of the Chaco Province. Sanctioned: June 5, 2013 Enacted: July 1, 2013
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1-Transfer to the Archbishopric of Resistance of the province of Chaco, the building located on the National Route No. 11 and the extension of Avenida 25 de Mayo of the town of Resistencia of the province of Chaco, individualized, according to title, as part of the Rural Lot No. 241, and officially identified as Constituency II, Section B, Chacra 120, Plot 305, with a land area of fifty and one thousand hundred and eleven square meters with seven Square meters (51.111,07 m2), according to Plano de Mensura and Subdivision Feature No. 20-160-00 approved On 22 August 2000, by the Directorate of Catastro of the province of Chaco.
ARTICLE 2 °-The transfer formalized through the article 1 ° of the present is carried out with the charge that the Archbishopric of Resistance continues to allocate the building to the development of activities inherent to the Interdiocesan Seminary " Incarnation " of Resistance of the province of Chaco.
Article 3 °-The transfer of the domain will be carried out by the General Staff of the Government of the Nation.
ARTICLE 4 °-All expenses incurred in connection with the transfer provided for in Article 1 ° (mensura, writing and those linked to the immovable property of this transfer) must be paid by the Archbishopric of Resistance of the province of Chaco.
