"State Worker's Day". Sanctioned: July 3, 2013 Enacted: August 1, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Declare in the entire territory of the Nation on the 27th of June of each year as the "Day of the Worker of the State".

Article 2-Establishment of 27 June as a day of rest for the employees of the national public administration, in which no tasks will be provided, the same being treated as the national holidays for all legal effects.

ARTICLE 3-Invite the provinces and municipalities of the entire Republic to establish on June 27 as a day of rest in the respective public administrations, with the effects set forth in the second article of the present.

ARTICLE 4-Commune to the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE THREE DAYS OF JULY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,876-AMADO BOUDOU. -JULIAN A. DOMINGUEZ. -Gervasio Bozzano. -Juan H. Estrada.
