I approved the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the Argentine Republic and the Permanent Court of Arbitration. Sanctioned: July 3, 2013 Enacted in Fact: August 6, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE PERMANENT COURT OF ARBITRATION, signed in The Hague-KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS-on 12 May 2009, consisting of SEVENTEEN (17) articles, whose photocopy authenticated form part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE THREE DAYS OF JULY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN.
