Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters. Sanctioned: July 3, 2013 Enacted in Fact: August 6, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the TREATY ON MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE PEOPLE ' S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, signed in Buenos Aires, on 25 June 2012, consisting of twenty-four (24) articles, whose copy authenticated, in Spanish and English, is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE THREE DAYS OF JULY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26.882-AMADO BOUDOU. -JULIAN A. DOMINGUEZ. -Gervasio Bozzano. -Juan H. Estrada.
