Law Nº 21,965. Amendment. Decree No 436/1994. Repeal. Sanctioned: September 4, 2013 Enacted in Fact: September 27, 2013
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1-Incorporation as point (c) of Article 76 of the Law for the Personnel of the Federal Police Argentina 21,965 and its amendments, the following: (c) "Title": it shall be entitled to receive all personnel with a police state, regardless of their status. condition of entry. The amount will vary according to the career plan in which the staff has graduated: 1. University degree or higher studies that require five (5) or more years of third-level studies, twenty-five percent (25%) of basic salary. 2. A university degree or higher education degree that demands four (4) years of third-level studies, 15% (15%) of basic salary. 3. A university degree or higher education degree that demands one (1) up to three (3) years of third-level studies, ten percent (10%) of basic salary.
Article 2-Understand the effects of the perception of the supplement by title to the civil personnel of the Federal Police.
ARTICLE 3-Repeal Decree No. 436 dated March 24, 1994.
Article 4-The national executive branch will make budgetary adjustments during the first year of entry into force of this law.
ARTICLE 5-Commune to the national executive branch.
