Law No 26.008. Amendment. Law N ° 26,460. Repeal. Sanctioned: November 13, 2013 Enacted: December 3, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Amend Article 1 of Law 26.008 by the following:

Article 1.-Grant a pension whose amount will be equal to seventy percent (70%) of the "Additional Remuneration for Services in Antarctica", established by Article 2 (c) of Law 23,547 to those male members of the Group Air 1 Antarctica, which reached the South Pole, on February 19, 1961; those of the "Antarctic Winter Antarctic Expeditions Between Esperanza Base and General San Martin Base" and "Earth Antarctic Expedition by the Filchtner Barrier Reef" and the of the First Annual Endowment (1969/1970) of the Marambio Base of Antarctica Argentina, who In the same conditions and habitat, the tasks initiated by the Sovereign Patrol, the founder of the aforementioned Base and those of the men of the first Argentine land expedition that reached the South Pole, on 10 December, continued in the same conditions and habitat. 1965. It also granted that benefit and those of Law 19,659 to the twelve (12) members who participated as crew members of the CTA 12 and CTA 15 aircraft of the Argentine Navy (Naval Aviation Argentina), which dated January 6, 1962, landed in the country. Polo Sur and the twelve (12) members of the First Escuadrilla of the Argentine Air Force that reached the geographical South Pole on November 3, 1965, performing on November 11 of the same year the first double transpolar flight and the twenty-one (21) Members of the Sovereign Patrol, which gave rise to the foundation of the Marambio Base, on October 29, 1969.

Article 2-Incorporate the Annexes I, II and III that form part of the present, to Decree 181/06, of regulations to the law 26.008.

ARTICLE 3-In the event of the death of the holder, before the entry into force of the present, the relatives listed in Article 53 of Law 24.241 shall be entitled to the benefit.
