Declare the National Coal Capital to the city of Rio Turbio, Santa Cruz province. Sanctioned: November 13, 2013 Enacted: December 3, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-State Capital of Coal to the city of Rio Turbio, located in the province of Santa Cruz.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE THIRTEENTH DAY OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN.
