Incorporation. Sanctioned: November 13, 2013 Enacted: December 4, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Article 131 of the Penal Code: ' Article 131: It shall be punishable by imprisonment of six (6) months to four (4) years for which, by means of electronic communications, telecommunications or any other technology of Data transmission, I will contact a minor person, for the purpose of committing any crime against the sexual integrity of the same. '

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the Executive Branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE THIRTEEN OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN.
