National Volunteer Delivery Program for Firearms. New deadline for implementation. Sanctioned: November 27, 2013 Enacted: December 16, 2013

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-A new deadline for implementation, starting from 12 December 2013 and until 31 December 2015, of the National Program for the Voluntary Delivery of Firearms, created by law 26.216, extended by Decree 560 of date 3 of April 2008 and by laws 26,520, 26,644 and 26,792.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SEVEN DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF TWO THOUSAND THIRTEEN.
