Transfer property owned by the National State. Sanctioned: April 9, 2014 Enacted in Fact: May 9, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Transfer to free title of the real estate owned by the State in favor of the Civil Association of Blind Sportsmen of Bell Ville, province of Córdoba, the domain of the building whose cadastral nomenclature is: apple 67, registration 960.186, vacant lot.

ARTICLE 2 °-The transfer that is provided in the preceding article is carried out with the charge that the beneficiary will make it available for the construction of the Social and Sports Complex "Los Leones" (football for the blind).

Article 3 °-A period of ten (10) years is established for the fulfilment of the provisions of the previous article; vanquished which, without any observance, will proceed the retrocession of the domain of this transfer of full right.

ARTICLE 4 °-The total of the costs that the present demands will be the exclusive charge of the beneficiary.

Article 5 °-The General Staff of the Government of the Nation shall carry out the writing and registration procedures necessary to conclude the respective transfer in a term of sixty (60) days of entry into force of the present In the document in which this transfer is instructed, it shall explicitly state the position laid down in Article 2.

ARTICLE 6-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE NINE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF APRIL OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
