The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AMENDING PROTOCOL OF THE TREATY BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF CHILE ON THE TRANSFER OF CONVICTED NATIONALS AND THE ENFORCEMENT OF CRIMINAL SENTENCES, signed in Santiago, Republic of Chile, on 28 May. 2010, consisting of THREE (3) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SEVENTH DAY OF AUGUST OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
