Approve the International Convention on Standards of Training, Titulation and Guard for the Personnel of Fishing Vessels, 1995. Sanctioned: August 27, 2014 Enacted: September 17, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION ON STANDARDS OF TRAINING, CERTIFICATION AND GUARD FOR THE STAFF OF FISHING VESSELS, 1995, held in London-UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND-7 July 1995, consisting of: QUINCE (15) articles and one (1) annex, the authenticated copy of which is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SEVENTH DAY OF AUGUST OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
